國外不少先進的酒店VI設計管理公司都有如下的規定:客房登記手續全過程必須在10分鐘以內完成;客人進房間3分鐘后熱水送到;客人步入餐廳1分鐘后必須把單送到客人手里;電話總機接線員必須在鈴響后3秒鐘內拎起電話應答;服務員拾到客人失物交客房部存放,如3日后無失主前去領取,交飯店領導,飯店保存失物期為1年,保存期過后交國家處理。
