顧客滿意(Customer Satisfication)是指顧客(Customer)作為消費主體對酒店所提供的產品及服務在質量、性能、價格、提供方式以及承諾等方面,通過消費體驗而獲得的感知狀態,而滿意度則是對這種狀態的水平測度。顧客滿意是顧客與酒店及品牌(產品和服務),經由“提供——消費關系”而產生的心理體驗。因而,在本質上顧客滿意是一種互動。為什么必須使顧客滿意?這是因為:
