服務質量和服務品質是不可以劃等號的
Post by hotelvi, 2017-3-20, Views: 服務質量則是指服務工作能夠滿足被服務者需求的程度。舉個例子來說,一個酒店的服務最大可以為100%,而這個酒店在某一次的服務是50%,那就是說這個酒店這一次滿足顧客的服務達到的程度為中等,客戶的評價只能是滿意。由此可見,服務質量好并不能達到顧客最理想的結果,只能滿足顧客滿意的最低服務標準。這一點是服務質量與服務品質之間最大的差別。服務品質沒有最低限度,它是酒店服務人員對酒店的顧客無私奉獻的具體要求,盡酒店的最大努力,向顧客提供最完美的服務。
