Post by hotelvi, 2017-4-13, Views: 餐盤的右側按從左到右的順序依次擺放主餐刀、魚刀,刀刃向左,刀柄距桌邊1厘米,魚刀上方可突出其他餐具1厘米;魚刀右側0.5厘米處擺放湯匙,勺面向上,湯匙右側0.5厘米處擺放沙拉刀,刀刃向左。水果刀、甜食叉、甜食勺平行擺放在餐盤的正前方1厘米處,刀把向右,刀刃向餐盤;叉在下,叉齒向右,叉柄向左;勺在上,勺柄朝右;甜食叉、甜食勺手柄相距1厘米。
西餐餐具的擺法在各地不盡相同,在國外又有法式、美式、俄式等之別,但基本要領是:餐盤正中、盤前橫匙、叉左刀右、先外后里、叉尖向上、刀口朝盤,主食靠左正,餐具在右。
