銷(xiāo)售渠道贈(zèng)送是指通過(guò)酒店的中間商或者旅游公司將贈(zèng)品送到顧客手中,具體包括兩種形式。其一,在酒店中間商的辦公地點(diǎn)將酒店企業(yè)VI設(shè)計(jì)的產(chǎn)品與附贈(zèng)品由中間商介紹給顧客,顧客購(gòu)買(mǎi)酒店產(chǎn)品后隨即奉送,例如,顧客只要租用酒店的房間就可以得到酒店附贈(zèng)的禮品;其二中間商向持有酒店發(fā)票的顧客兌換贈(zèng)品。采用這種方式能夠?yàn)榫频?strong>企業(yè)VI設(shè)計(jì)減少許多工作和費(fèi)用,對(duì)消費(fèi)者也很方便,但控制程序復(fù)雜,贈(zèng)品的實(shí)際到達(dá)率低,在無(wú)資金或者物質(zhì)上的獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)時(shí),酒店中間商常常消極的對(duì)待贈(zèng)獎(jiǎng)活動(dòng)。所以,酒店在采用這種方式發(fā)放免費(fèi)贈(zèng)品時(shí),必須給予中間商一定的資金或物質(zhì)支持才可以取得較好的效果。
